Our dedicated team are continuing to provide home visit, medical services for all people who pose NO RISK of infecting our Doctors. Personal protective equipment eg masks, hand sanitiser, suits etc. are in extremely short supply so when you call to book you will be asked a series of questions about your illness and possible exposure to COVID-19. Please answer truthfully. You will also be called again by the Doctor to confirm your answers and, on arrival the Doctor will further ascertain potential risk of transmission. Please do not be offended by these additional precautions. Our service can continue to operate while our Doctors are healthy and reassured their risk of exposure is low.

Did you know you may be eligible for a telephone consultation if you have tested positive for COVID-19, have been ordered to self-isolate by a medical professional on suspicion or, are considered a vulnerable person. Our call centre will discuss the telephone consultation option with you.
