 Our Doctors will continue to be available for home visits for illnesses which are not flu-like in nature.  

Please continue to let our reception staff know if you have the following symptoms (even if mild) : Fever, cough, sore throat, tiredness and/or shortness of breath. Or if you have had contact with a person diagnosed with or suspected of having COVID-19 or have been in a current  “hot spot” exposure area.  Our reception staff will be able to provide advice and offer you a telehealth consultation if you are not able to have an in-person home visit.   

Telehealth can occur by telephone or by secure online video. Our doctors can assess, diagnose, provide advice, reassurance, refer and if required issue a medical certificate or prescription.   Consultations can occur in English or a number of other languages.
